From Dr. S. Major problems diet controlled diabetes. high cholesterol, chronic stiff neck and pain fairly often in the neck, shoulder pain from a partially torn rotator cuff injury and pain and joint limitation from an old distal Tib/Fib injury with swelling.

From: Hi DXX,
As promised here is my data. To recap I am in my early 60s, and I am a physician scientist who is very data oriented. While I am generally in good health, I have as major problems diet controlled diabeteshigh cholesterol, chronic stiff neck and pain fairly often in the neck, shoulder pain from a partially torn rotator cup injury, and pain and joint limitation from an old distal Tib/Fib injury with swelling, pain and limitation of movement of my ankle. I currently take atorvastatin, Vit C, Vit D, zinc, quercetin regularly, and motrin as needed.

I did a one week observational “run in” before starting the Super C60.  This included a CGM – continuous glucose monitor. At this point I have taken (the Grafex) for 11 days. I started with 2 capsules ~10mg each (one twice daily for 5 days, followed by one per day). I can report the following:

1. My average glucose declined from 116 to 106 mg/dl, with much tighter “swings” around meals. See attached data graphs.
2. My neck. The stiffness still exists but seems slightly less, and I am not experiencing pain.
3. My shoulder, which would often pain me at night when trying to sleep, the discomfort seems to have stopped. I do still notice some weakness and a “creaking” noise in the joint when moved a certain way.
 4.  My ankle. I recently fell and bruised my leg and bad ankle which were swollen. They were already on the way to improving when I started the SuperC60. None the less, my observations are that the pain in my ankle has resolved for the first time in a long time, AND the flexibility of the joint has improved slowly. For my good ankle, I can bend my knee 8″ in front of my big toe. For my bad ankle, baseline was 2.5-2.75″ only.  This has improved over the last 11 days to 4.0″. It may have stabilized at this level, but I will continue to observe.
5. I do notice that I seem to have more energy in general. I usually sleep well, so that has not been affected. Mo Hope you had a meaningful Flag Day. ref: information from my fiance to come. She is doing a 2 week observational run in period before starting. She is an even more hard core scientist than I am!
