I began using Grafex in September 2020 following acute back strain after moving and prolonged standing, lifting and twisting. I have a long standing history of back/neck problems but, those issues had been under control prior to the move. I began to take the Grafex twice daily and began to see a marked Improvement within 3 days or so. For the first few days, I also took some ibuprofen twice per day until I felt the acute pain/inflammation subside. I strongly believe that the Grafex made a huge difference in the reduction of the inflammation. I also noticed a pleasant increase in my energy level after a few days on the Grafex.
I have a hypothyroid disorder and have been on thyroid meds for greater than 30 years, so any increase in my energy level is a positive outcome. I decreased my Grafex to one capsule daily after the acute back issue improved but noticed that the inflammation/pain is not as well controlled while taking just one capsule daily.
I continue to struggle with neck pain following a car accident in 2007. There are times when it is worse than others depending on the amount of weight I lift and my activity level. Despite my relatively good level of fitness, I struggle with the inflammation and pain in my
neck and shoulders.
I have noticed that taking the Grafex twice daily makes a substantial difference in my level of pain and ability to continue my present level of activity which includes moderate workouts in the gym three times per week and walking my dog about 3 times per week.
I believe this is a great product and probably has many more positive applications that have not yet been discovered. For example, Mom has both osteo and rheumatoid arthritis and had been started on monthly IV therapy for a treatment modality.
She started taking the Grafex and in 24-36 hours, she noticed a significant decrease in the swelling of her joints, particularly in her hands and ankles. She has continued to take it now for several months and is thrilled with the outcome.
She subsequently stopped the monthly infusions and is now on a maintenance dose of Grafex. In closing, I believe this product has significantly helped both my Mom and myself and I hope the company continues to discover what other applications this product may have in order to help others!
