Monday:7-11
Omitted Grafex yesterday. Slept well Sunday night. Took first dose of new formula this a.m at 10:45 am. All was well.
Tuesday 7-12
Slept poorly last night. No sleep till nearly 3:30am . Realized I was taking allergy meds which may have caused insomnia. Knee and Ankle pain noticably reduced from only two doses of new formula.
Thursday 7-14
Took first dose of sleep-aide oil last night. Fell asleep gently and naturally. Awoke several times, but quickly & easily fell asleep again. Awoke without benefit of alarm. I felt no “hung-over” effects and was energetic and ready to tackle my day.
Friday 7-15
Another nice, restful night. I retired at 10 pm. Went to sleep easily, didn’t awaken until 5 am. Went to bathroom , fell asleep again, awoke at 6:40 am feeling fine. This Grafex formula is working really well. Knee & ankle pain greatly reduced. I’m feeling better than in multiple months! The sleep oil has made me to notice other unexpected benefits that I’m really enjoying!
Saturday 7-16
Another good night. Did some chores I’d been avoiding. Still feeling good, andstrangely, more mentally alert! WOW!
