My husband and I have been taking Grafex capsules for many years, especially for inflammation. My issue is always my hands due to my career as a massage therapist and my husband has issues with his knees. One day when one of his knees was really uncomfortable, he applied dry grafex directly onto his knee mixed in am. He had immediate relief, which has now become a daily ritual.
In fact, with that experience, we experimented further. After a bad burn on my hand from touching a cast iron skillet that just came out of the oven, ice could not rid me of the pain even after 45 minutes. I decided to try applying dry Grafex directly onto the burn then applied a band-aid. The pain from the burn immediately started to diminish and within 30 minutes there was no pain at all and did not return even the following day. There was also no sign of a blister.
