I’m weighing myself on April 1 – just once a month – I’m having a version of laser lipo here at my regular chiropractor. Have been struggling with lower back issues because of the drive back (from Fla.) and more vigorous pool exercises (pull-ups etc.). I feel my inflammation is improving- my brain fog less – certainly my narcolepsy is almost gone – I’m sleeping better and getting reacclimated to my CPAP (however the dry mouth is staggering worse than ever – within 15 minutes- I have my humidifier going all the time. In general, I have dry mouth 24/7 due to my meds. I’m pretty sure I’ve lost a bit of weight- my A1c is 5.6 and my bilirubin/ creatinine ratio has returned to normal.
In particular- due to Grafex – the sudden resolution of my acute narcolepsy problem is totally due to Grafex. My inflammation is less – I sleep better. I have better energy throughout the day due to Grafex. I’m able to complete multiple tasks in a day / therefore I’m able to take care of myself without as much help / that makes me overall feel better. Because I feel better, I’m more excited about achieving weight loss and health goals – I have something to look forward to.
