I am the CAM (Community Association Manager) for 68 condominiums. One of my longtime tenants and friend, Paul, was feeling ill at the beginning of November 2016. Right before Thanksgiving he went into the hospital and was diagnosed with tumors in his stomach. They weren’t able to start Chemo on him for various medical reasons, blood work not coming back ok, blood pressure too low, ect. . Well he went downhill very fast, couldn’t walk or get out of bed, he wasn’t eating and got so weak, had kidney infections, blood in urine. His blood sugar was out of control. He was developing all sorts of medical issues that was preventing him from starting chemo and radiation. On Christmas Eve of 2016, he was taken to the emergency room, he died twice and they resuscitated him.
They called his brother and me and said that he wouldn’t live through the night. I went to the hospital and talked to Paul and asked him if he wanted to live and was he willing to fight. He said yes. He did live through the night and they transferred him to a nursing home under (what I was unaware of) Hospice Care. He was in there for 2 days when I brought him in some Grafex material. I had had previous experience with the Grafex Material when I cut my leg with a flouresent bulb and it swelled like a balloon, I put some of the Grafex on it and within minutes the swelling was gone. I explained to Paul and his brother what it was and the effects it had been having on different people and they both agreed Paul wanted to try it.
I gave him a tablespoon of Grafex mixed with Olive oil and coconut oil at that time. I gave him a tablespoon the next day. At that point I realized that he was actually under Hospice and they were not going to do any kind of treatment to make him better. Being I had his medical power of attorney, I had him released and took him home. Had a hospital bed brought in and hired a home health care provider to help out and check his Medical a few times a week. In the meantime, I was still giving him a tablespoon a day of the Grafex material.
Paul, after taking the Grafex, starting eating better, within 3 days we had him up and going to the bathroom, with the assistance of a walker and supervision. A few days later he was walking with the walker up and down the walkway. Every day was a little better without any other medications, however we were monitoring his blood sugar. Then we had an appointment with the oncologist, Paul was well enough to endure chemo and the radiation program the oncologist had mapped out. Still taking the material on a daily basis, Paul started Chemo the next day. I expected and worried about him getting sick from the treatment, but Paul didn’t have any sickness after his chemo treatments and no hair loss.
His walking got better and he eventually got to where he was walking without the walker and not needing assistance with anything (however, I think he liked having someone wait on him). He started driving again and he was basically self-sufficient although he kept on having help come in and make lunch and dinner and clean for him but at this point, he was able to schedule everything himself.
He continued taking material only until he ran out of that batch. At that point Paul thought he was well enough that he didn’t need it anymore. About 4 weeks after Paul ran out of material, he had a chemo treatment, when he came home, he did have the typical side effects of being very sick and his hair started to fall out. However, his physical condition greatly improved where he is able to walk and or drive where ever he wants to go.
At this point (two years later) he is doing very well except the doctors say it the cancer keeps popping back up and he needs to do more Chemo. Now, in December of 2018, he has requested to start back on the Grafex material.
