**Prostate Cancer Journey:
A Story of Resilience, Recovery and Grafex Super C60
As someone who had spent decades as an active marathon runner, I never imagined that a routine check-up for hip pain would lead to a life-changing diagnosis. After experiencing persistent pain in my right hip, I decided to take advantage of Medicare and get it checked out. The initial tests confirmed that I needed a hip replacement, but the results also revealed something unexpected—an elevated PSA level of 12.6. This led to a series of exams, including a physical exam of the prostate, an MRI, an ultrasound, and a 12-point biopsy. The MRI confirmed the presence of prostate cancer, with four out of the twelve biopsies testing positive, and two of those showing a Gleason score of 9. I was faced with the shocking realization that I had advanced-stage prostate cancer.
The news was overwhelming, but I refused to let it define me. I began researching alternative ways to manage and treat my condition, focusing on diet and lifestyle changes. I minimized processed foods, sugars, carbohydrates, and dairy, and introduced healthier, more natural foods into my diet. Through my research and prayers, I was fortunate to discover Grafex Super C60, that I believe played a significant role in my recovery.
Since April 2024, I have experienced remarkable improvements in my health. The pain and inflammation in my hip have decreased, the tinnitus in my right ear has reduced, and a cut on my left hand healed faster than ever before. Most importantly, my energy levels have increased, my overall body health has a sense of well-being and my anxiety about the cancer has significantly lessened.
After consultations with numerous specialists at three different medical institutions, the decision was made to utilize the DaVinci minimally invasive robotic surgery to remove my prostate. The surgery went exceptionally well, and the pathology report showed excellent margins, with cancer affecting only one third of my prostate. My Gleason scores were confirmed, but the best news of all came when my PSA level dropped to zero.
Right after the surgery, I am proud to say that the Physicians state I am 100% cancer-free and a cancer survivor.
